Shipping

How long do deliveries take?

Due to the current state of emergency ocean, rail and road transport has been affected. Unfortunately changes in service levels are unavoidable.  Thank you for your understanding.

How are the shipping charges calculated?

Shipping charges will be calculated based on the weight of your complete order during checkout. Completed orders will ship using Purolator, the courier counterpart to Canada Post for fastest delivery where possible.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

All sales are final: there are no returns, exchanges or refunds. Due to stock levels some items may be unavailable or substituted.
