Shipping policy

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
Shipping is available to all locations across Canada.

Orders placed are typically shipped out within 1 - 7 business days from the date the order is placed. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Canadian holidays. When your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges will be calculated based on the weight of your complete order during checkout. Some orders may be subject to additional shipping & handling charges depending on the size, weight or length of the item or the package.  If applicable, a customer service representative will contact you prior to shipping your order.

BEYOND DESTINATION LOCATIONS
Certain remote locations may have an additional charge for "Beyond Destination"* in which case a customer service representative will contact you by email for your approval prior to processing any order.

PO BOXES
Please note that we may not be able to deliver orders to PO Boxes.  If we are able to ship to your PO Box address, there may be additional charges required.  You will be contacted with any shipping issues.
