Medium to heavy weight crushed velvet with a lustrous finish. Fabric is made with 8% spandex to give a comfortable stretch to garment. Based on a 10 by 10 inch square, fabric stretches width wise 3 inches and length wise 1 inch. Ideal for dress, blouses, and evening wear.
